Heart + Soul Requires a credit card on file to reserve all services. you can update your payment info here to secure your appointment and to use for seamless checkout.

Heart + Soul requires 48 hours notice for all cancellations. if 48 hours is not given, the credit card on file may be charged 50% of the services for which you are booked. Same day cancellations & no call no shows will be charged 100% of services booked. Last minute modifications to appointments are included under this policy. this is to protect the livelihood of our staff. We UNDERSTAND emergencies & illness happens, please extend the courtesy of a heads up.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your service provider may be unable to accomidate you and a cancellation fee may apply.
