Lash Lift Aftercare
NO: heat, steam (including cooking over steaming stovetop), saunas, water, oil, lotions, creams, shampoos, face washes, makeup remover pads or wipes for minimum 24 hours.
We also advise that because the clients lashes are still malleable for the first 48 hours (shape shifting) a side sleeper or face sleeper can notice one or both eyes can raise or drop, leaving the lashes misshaped. Sleeping on the back is best. Avoid using oil based face washes, as they can cause the lashes to drop prematurely
Q & A
What is the upkeep?
Daily Elleeplex application, which is a conditioning product that will ensure your lashes stay healthy & moisturized.
All ya gotta do is brush it on like mascara!
Avoid using waterproof mascaras, as well as any oil based cleanser & makeup removers.
How long does it last?
this service will last about 6-8 weeks depending on your lashes/lifestyle.
when can i get my lashes wet post lift?
you cannot get them wet for 24 hours after the service
(this means sweating, steam, swimming, showering, boiling pasta & crying)
Can you get the lift without the tint?
Yes! but if your lashes are blonde/lighter brown, the tint is what will make your lashes really visible. otherwise, you will probably still need to add mascara. if you have very dark lashes, then just getting the lift is totally fine! everyones lashes are slightly lighter at the very tips, so tinting can make your lashes look longer, even if they’re already dark!
how long does it take?
a lift + tint takes about 1hr 15mins. You should expect to have your eyes closed (& be in a reclined position) for about an hour.
Can I wear makeup to my lash lift appointment?
we recommend arriving to your lash appointment with a clean, fresh face that is free of eye makeup.
